1.0 ORDERS

1.0 By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms and conditions, please do not use this service. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any part of these terms please email info@heathskin.co.uk prior to making an order.

1.1 We will provide email notification of your order as soon as possible and provide you with an order number.

1.3 If we are unable to fulfil your order after this notification, we will contact you via email.

1.3 We may not accept your order if we have identified a pricing or product error or if the item is out of stock.

1.4 We reserve the right to reject a purchase offer by you at any time.

 

2.0 PRICE

2.1 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Postage and Packaging will be charged in addition to the price of the goods dependent upon delivery destination. These are stated on the website.

2.3 Online payments will be made in a secure environment. Payment can be made by the following credit card payment methods Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta and Electron.

2.3 Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to authorisation and validation checks by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses or does not authorise payment for any reason, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise.

2.4 Skintech Solutions Ltd (trading as Heath Skin) retain legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made and funds have cleared.

 

3.0 UK DELIVERY

3.1 Royal Mail tracked delivery: Monday to Friday only. Please allow up to 5 working days

3.2 Overseas and non-mainland UK delivery. Postage is added at checkout. Postage estimates can be obtained prior to checkout. Delivery times may vary. Please allow up to 14 days.

3.3 Products not available at the time of order will be sent to you as soon as possible, when back in stock. Heath Skin cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by a third party.

3.4 In the event of an order being lost by a third party Heath Skin bears no liability once an order has left their trading premises.

3.5 If goods received have been damaged a refund/exchange will only be issued if the goods are returned with their original packaging within 14 days, as in line with our returns policy.

3.6 If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods. Once goods are signed for the risk passes to the customer.

 

4.0 RETURNS

4.1 If you are not entirely satisfied with your merchandise you can return any unopened, unused product in its original condition within 14 days of receipt along with your packing slip. We will be happy to exchange an item or refund the cost of the product. Returns will be made against the original form of tender in line with our returns policy. We are unable to refund any postal charges. The condition of the merchandise returned will be considered prior to a refund being issued. 4.2 When retuning goods it is advisable that a certificate of posting is obtained. Skintech solutions Ltd cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach our returns department.

4.3 If merchandise is rejected due to defect or discrepancy of order, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. Provide notification of defect by email to info@heathskin.co.uk The defective product must be returned to Heath Skin at returns address.

 

5.0 CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Cancellations can be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise if you send notice in writing via email to info@heathskin.co.uk and return the unopened, unused products in their original condition. For Further details on retuning an item see our returns policy. Cancellations can only be accepted before an order has dispatched. If the merchandise has already dispatched, we cannot refund any postal charges incurred. If the order has dispatched prior to cancellation, the return procedure will apply. If this procedure is not respected the customer will remain liable for the full payment.

 

6.0 PRIVACY

If you subscribe to our newsletter, data stored on our site will be used to inform you of any products or services that may of interest to you. Credit card and bank details are not stored, saved or used in any way. We will not pass data to any third party.

 

7.0 GENERAL

While Heath Skin uses reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site, it does not give any warranty to its accuracy, as such Heath Skin shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information

Heath Skin reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
